2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

The Goods are unusedunopened, and in their original packaging.

All accessories, instruction manuals, labels, and invoices are intact and included.

Non-returnable Goods

The following types of Goods are not eligible for return:

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

Goods that are perishable, have a limited shelf life, or are temperature-sensitive.

Goods that have been openedused, or are not in resalable condition.

Goods that are fragile or at high risk of damage during transit, including opened diagnostic kits and glass equipment.

3. Refund Process

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item:

full or partial refund may be issued, depending on the condition of the Goods.

Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a Company error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Goods on Sale or Discount

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased during promotions, sales, or with discount codes cannot be refunded, unless mandated by law or in the case of product defects.

5. Return Shipping Guidelines

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods to us, unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

6. Cancellations
