1-How do I return an order?

We will really want you to keep our products. However, in the extreme case of you having to return it, we will be happy to help. Just drop in a mail to customercare@shretan.com and initiate your return request. A quick note on your reason to return will go a long way to enable us improve our services.

2-Can I cancel my order after placing it?

You may cancel any order before the dispatch of the item has taken place. Or else you may email us at customercare@shretan.com to initiate cancellation.

3-How long does it take to receive my refund?

In the event of cancellation of an order, please allow us 5-7 business days to refund the amount paid by you. We will initiate the refund to your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

5-What is the estimated shipping time for orders?

Our standard shipping time is 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location and courier service availability.

Shipping Policy

Shipping policy :
All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We will try our best to stick to our standard shipping policy, however, in case of situations beyond our control such as natural calamity, strikes etc, we will keep you informed of the delay and work on best case basis to effect your shipping.
